Operations Performance Manager (m/w)

You will report to the Head of Operations Germany and work very closely with the German Management team.

You will be a part of the German Operations team, helping solve the most critical strategy and operational problems. You will take a Germany-wide perspective, build frameworks and support implementation of high impact projects within the operations department. Along the way, you will be building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, motivate teams and individuals to achieve goals, while enforcing accountability. You should be able to diagnose areas of optimisation, and demonstrate hypothesis-driven problem solving abilities, specifically building structured quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The Operations Performance Manager will act as a right-hand person for the Head of Operations for Deliveroo Germany. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, ambitious professional to get great exposure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

Requirements

·  1-3 years work experience in a Consulting, Banking firm or other high competitive environment
·  Degree from a top University
·  Fluent in German or English
·  Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical and numerical skills
·  Ability to work quickly with tight deadlines
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
·  Experience of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
·  A passion for food
