THE ROLE

The Global Editions Admin Assistant will be responsible for chasing invoices, ensuring cash collection and making regular payment adjustments for our Editions restaurants. This role will be very hands on and will enable you to discover the Editions financial set-up and learn more about e-commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Raise ad-hoc Restaurant Partners invoices, ensure cash collection occurs on time and with systematic tracking.
·  Facilitating payment adjustments to ensure our restaurant partners are paid the correct amount of money they are owed.
·  Lead Payment adjustments for multi-tiered structure restaurant partners, globally
·  Work very closely with Finance, UK and Intl Commercial, Account Management and Site Operations teams to implement and run all relevant processes.
·  Support in making / requesting Editions restaurant partners menu updates

REQUIREMENTS

The role requires the following experience:

·  Extensive administrative experience
·  Experience in working in a dynamic high-growth company
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
·  Can do attitude and strong appetite for challenge
·  Confidence operating in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple priorities
