What will your role be?
· Conception and delivery of JavaScript components
· Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications
· Conception and development of JavaScript components for our web based visualization applications
· Writing of automatic tests and integration with existing systems or platforms
· Participate in the maintenance and improvement of the release pipeline

· Understand the business objectives of the department application portfolio and in more detail for the application responsible for
· Understanding and delivery of code in expected timeframe and quality
· Get integrated in the team’s agile development methodology
Your key success factors
· Degree in computer science or similar specialization
· Work experience as a Software Engineer with experience in JavaScript programming
· Functional knowledge or hands on design experience with WebServices (REST, SOAP, etc.)
· Understanding on Object Oriented programming and Model-View-Controller principles
· Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge in HTML5/CSS/CSS3/JSON and modern JavaScript technologies (AngularJS, BackboneJS or similar frameworks)
· Solid understanding of how web applications work including design patterns, security, session management, best development practices and coding styles
· Know-How in the design and conception of web applications as well as UX/Usability aspects
· Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working with outstanding communication and team skills
· Fluency in English is required, German and French are a plus
