About the job

We are seeking IT Sr. Manager to oversee and evolve our e-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) infrastructure across all Danone operations in the Americas.

This pivotal role involves maintaining and enhancing our e-Commerce solutions and collaborating with DTC teams to understand and meet market-specific needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Strategically lead the maintenance and evolution of e-Commerce solutions;
·  Partner with DTC areas to ensure infrastructure aligns with market needs;
·  Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners overseeing the DTC solution suite;
·  Integrate services such as payment gateways, anti-fraud systems, and logistics;
·  Drive innovation and efficiency in DTC infrastructure to support business growth;
·  Translate business needs into technical solutions and strategies;
·  Utilize Product and Agile Management methodologies to lead projects;
·  Engage and manage stakeholders across various functions effectively.

About you

·  Extensive experience in managing e-Commerce and DTC solutions at a regional or global level;
·  Demonstrated success in team leadership and complex project management;
·  Proficiency in e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing technologies: Magento, CommerceTools, Adobe Commerce, CRMs, CMS (AEM), Google Digital Marketing products and others;
·  Strong business acumen and technical expertise in e-Commerce solutions;
·  Proficiency in e-Commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, and the ability to integrate various services seamlessly;
·  Extensive experience with Product and Agile Management methodologies, capable of driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment;
·  Knowledgeable in UI/UX design and value journey mapping;
·  Fluent English is a must, with Spanish being a significant plus.
