An excitingopportunity has arisen for the role of Learning Development Partner within Nutricia Liverpool. We are looking for a highly energetic individual to drive a culture of L&D within our organisation. You will have a strong faciliation background and be comfortable designing and delivering your own workshops for the Liverpool site. You will be responisible for driving a cultural shift in Learning, building towards establishing a learning culture via the engagement of key stakeholders.

In return you’ll get a fantastic salary plus an excellent benefits package and salary dependant on your experience. The role is 0.6 FTE which is flexible

What will I be doing day to day?

Provision of engaging and efficient learning & development solutions across the learning life cycle, which enable people to develop skills and potential:

·  Supporting HRBP’s in identifying learning needs against business &/or personal needs
·  Providing coaching & development support to individuals & line managers
·  Measurement of learning investment & outcomes

Delivering creative and effective L&D solutions within the business

·  Design & delivery of learning interventions to meet support individuals / organisation development needs.

L&D reporting:

·  Creating & maintaining an effective reporting process to monitor learning activity against targets & to meet Dango requirements for all training activity at Nutricia Liverpool

Communication

·  Communication and engagement in Learning interventions, learning culture

Learning Effectiveness

·  Introduce robust evaluation of the effectiveness of learning, including the use of surveys to monitor learning performance & trends against key data

Budget

·  Forecasting anticipated learning needs and managing budgets both locally and in collaboration with cluster learning team

Continually review processes for opportunities to streamline and improve

What does the ideal candidate look like?

Education:

A-level/business qualification with commercial focus

Professional Background:

·  Strong faciliation skills is essential
·  Previous experience of developing and facilitating workshops
·  Previous experience of food manufacturing compliance awareness
·  Previous HR experience desirable
·  Blue-chip/global company experience desirable
·  Effective stakeholder engagement
·  Advanced Microsoft office skills
