Key Account Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

Your Mission

·  Initiate win-win-projects with major Customers on areas of Operational Excellence, Food Waste and On-Shelf availability etc.
·  Define, share and use a common dashboard with the Customers to improve relevant KPIs
·  Key partner to Danone's Sales
·  Daily Order management
·  Analyze the full P&L per customer
·  Analyze Customer Service Level and other relevant KPIs and propose corrective actions
·  Analyze and provide feedback to performance penalties
·  Achieve and animate KPIs within Supply Chain team and Business
·  Represent Danone on external platforms, conferences, workshops to foster collaboration between different actors along Total Supply Chain, be up-to-date about trends, and build a powerful local network
·  Maintain Customer database, contacts, conditions

Your Profile

·  University degree with 3 – 5 years relevant working experience related to Supply Chain or working experience as Key Account Manager with operational (SCM) background
·  Fluently in English and German spoken and written
·  Good knowledge of Excel/Powerpoint (MS Access knowledge would be an advantage)
·  Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
·  Very good communication skills
·  Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
·  Able to develop trustworthy relationships
·  Able to work individually in a complex environment
·  Be able to drive change/improvements.
·  Self-starter
