Job description

As HR Business Partner part of Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition local leadership team you engage the teams in all HR related topics. You will be involved in driving the business needs through HR perspective in talent acquisition, talent development, L&D, C&B and Employee Engagement. You will work closely with HR Cluster Business Services.

(Part Time 0,5, Permanent, Location: Bucharest)

You will report directly to Franciss Kiss - Country Manager Danone Nutricia ELN and you will work closely with local leadership team like Luiza Grecu or Marian Costache.

YOUR responsibilities as an HR Business Partner will include:

·  Plan and anticipate organizational development needs to achieve our business goals
·  Build, activate and measure effective employee engagement plans
·  Activate Talent Development Cycle for the organization (talent & competencies review, performance management, development conversation)
·  Talent Acquisition for first line Danoners
·  Ensure proximity with the business and act as single point of contact for the Danoners in any HR related topic

To be successful in the HR Business Partner position YOU should be:

·  Experienced (min 3 years) fully autonomous as an HR Business Partner
·  Native like Romanian with fluency in English
·  High business understanding, passion for HR and the contribution that it can bring to the business
·  Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and data
·  Great people skills, able to listen and respond with empathy
·  Adaptability and able to cope with ambiguity
·  Likes to take initiative and comfortable with being empowered to drive and manage projects
