Demand Planning Manager (m/f/d)

Your Mission

·  Responsible for creating an accurateshort-/mid- and long-term Forecast
·  Planning of own managed brands & customer
·  Close relationship with supply chain teams to ensure perfect execution in customer delivery
·  Run analyses on historical data, highly impacting business decision making
·  Complete forecasts with special events on market or products based on inputs from Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and external data from customers
·  Animate the Demand Planning process long term horizon within ensuring consistency of forecast from period to period, tracking and explaining changes
·  Help identify risks and opportunities and setup or create own projects
·  Track & improve continuously the forecast accuracy

Your Profile

·  University degree in Business Administration
·  At least 2 years experience in the fields of Demand Planning & Supply Chain Management
·  Deep analytical thinking competency
·  Strong ability to work independently and target oriented
·  Flexible and assertive personality
·  Strong communication skills
·  Ideally, SAP-APO-DP, SAP R/3 knowledge
·  Profound knowledge of MS office software, especially Excel
·  Fluent in English and German language
