Business System Analyst HR Information Services (m/w)

Your Mission
·  User- and application support for HR Information Systems (SAP HCM, Success Factors)
·  1st Level support, requirement analysis, modeling of HR IS solutions, coordination of internal and external implementation partners
·  Driving and contributing to innovation and digitalization of HR function
·  Support of further development of HR Information Systems in close cooperation with local business departments and central teams in Paris
·  Creating documentation and providing training for Key- and End-Users
·  Coordination of and Participation in national and international Danone projects (examples for 2019: Single Sign on in SAP, Digital signature, reorganization of HR data administration)

Your Profile
·  A degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable professional education
·  At least 2 years relevant experience in IT or Consultancy
·  Confident use of systems and tools & very good knowledge of HR IS systems & tools (e.g. SAP HCM and Success Factors)
·  Good understanding of HR processes
·  Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working
·  Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
·  Languages: Fluent English and preferably German
