BUSINESS SERVICE CONTROLLER

About the Job

In this role, you will do:

·  Manage, evaluate, review and prepare financial planning and analysis (budget, forecasting and planning, variance analysis) including identification of risks and opportunities to be presented accurately and timely in monthly reporting in order to support business service over head controlling.
·  Provide support to share service function in the Danone as Business Partner to manage the financial performance.
·  Monitor, analysis, and prepare performance KPI including fluctuation and root cause analysis to be presented accurately and timely in monthly reporting in order to give clear status of share service performance.
·  Track and monitor continuous improvement project in Finance that leads to process efficiency, harmonization, value add, and compliance.
·  Reporting and Analysis Process
·  Coordinate and consolidate reporting and analysis information from share service function.
·  Prepare financial presentation for monthly conference call.
·  Provide analytical supports and variance analyses of monthly reporting.
·  Submit financial result and planning information into reporting system.
·  Provide accrual report for people cost and non-people cost.
·  A key person to understand and look after the overall financial and identify any risk and opportunity.
·  Budget and Forecasting
·  Coordinate budget, forecasting and planning exercise for share service cost.
·  Prepare monthly financial report.
·  Performance KPI Monitoring
·  Coordinate and consolidate performance KPI from related department.
·  Monitor performance KPI and variance analysis.
·  Discuss for improvement opportunity / action to achieve target.
·  Continuous Improvement Tracking
·  Tracking progress and status for Continuous Improvement projects.
·  Review and follow up Continuous Improvement projects with CI committe.
·  Ad-hoc Projects
·  Responsible for ad hoc projects providing analytical information in order to support decision-making process.
·  Learning and Development
·  Develop self-competency in order to achieve the best performance to support the organization's objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you would need to be:

·  4-6 years of working ecperience within FMCG industry and having experiences in business and controller.
·  Be a great collaborator.
