Danone North America is looking for a Associate Brand Manager in Broomfield, CO.

Danone NA is looking to hire someone with a strong desire to progress in CPG/food brand management on multiple brand teams in Broomfield, CO. The Associate Brand Manager assists in the development and execution of brand product strategy consistent with all aspects of the business, including new product development, financial management, marketing planning and tactical execution of plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Assisting in development and execution of brand product strategy and plans for product line(s)
•Driving brand value by utilizing basic consumer insight principles
•Contributing to the development of consistent brand plans to build brand equity as a means of attaining volume goals and long-term profit growth
•Execution of marketing initiatives including media, promotions, digital, direct mail/CRM, packaging, new product launches; direct responsibility over the management of applicable agency partners
•Assisting in financial, competitive, pricing and category analysis. Identifying key trends and brand implications. Working with key decision tools and information sources
•Leading and interfacing with cross-functional teams to execute brand plans

•BA/BS required in Marketing or related field
•MBA an asset
•At least 1-2 years in an Associate Brand Manager or Associate Product Manager position
•Experience with key decision tools (Nielsen, etc.)
•CPG experience preferred
•Good analytical skills
•Strong written and verbal communication abilities
•Independent, self-motivated
•Must be able to travel up to 20%
