Job description

Tasks

- As a member of the sales & marketing team you will be responsible for sales management of telematics services for international car rental and leasing companies
- You will select, prepare, implement and manage pilot projects
- You will collect and evaluate customer requirements and integrate these into the product innovation process
- As part of your role, you will also be responsible for the partner management for the connect business eco-system
- You will conduct market and competitive analyses for commercial telematics and connectivity services
- You will prepare and negotiate framework contracts in coordination with Legal & Data Protection

Qualifications

- You have successfully completed your studies with a university or comparable academic degree in business administration, IT, management or comparable field of study, preferably with an international focus
- You have several years of relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in key account management, area sale management or similar activities in an international context. Ideally, you already have experience in fleet management or leasing business
- You have a comprehensive understanding of sales regarding fleet management and IT services
- You have fluent business German and English skills (spoken and written), knowledge of French is of advantage
- You are a highly methodical and analytical thinking individual who shows comprehension, communication skills and customer-orientation across cultural boundaries
- For you, travelling within Europe is welcome and not a burden
- You have an understanding of the successful implementation of customer projects
- You are passionate about the subjects connected car/ digital services/ automotive app/ telematics

This is a full-time job (also suitable for part-time)

Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services GmbH is a digital & vehicle connectivity services provider, responsible for product development, operations and sales & marketing for commercial connectivity and fleet telematics services. The company addresses fleet manager and operators as well as corporate customers ranging from small businesses to large commercial accounts, who make use of the innovative services to optimize their processes and cost structures. Potential candidates should be interested in establishing a new business field around the connected car in a start-up environment, combining the automotive and IT world. Thus, we are looking for dynamic, flexible employees with a high degree of engagement and passion as well as a hands-on mentality and a strong ability to put ideas into Action.
