Tasks

Daimler Financial Services provides a broad range of automotive financial services. We finance, lease, and insure passenger cars and commercial vehicles from the Daimler Group, assist dealerships with the financing of showrooms and presentation vehicles, optimize the fleets of commercial customers, and offer attractive banking services and credit cards. Daimler Financial Services has a strong global presence in 40 countries around the world with 10.500 employees.

As the HR Financial Services Center of Competence we provide our HR Board Member & regional HR colleagues with state-of the art HR concepts, expert knowledge and consultation. We ensure global alignment of HR development, training & qualification, employee surveys, culture, communication and HR strategy & innovation, planning & reporting, as well as operations & controls. As a global team we work closely with our key contact partners in the regions as well as with the Daimler headquarters.

Support with Global HRF Budget & FTE Planning and Reporting especially in regards to:
- Preparation of presentations as well as xls. sheets and templates
- Support in Communication with regional HR colleagues in Asia, America and Europe in terms of HRF Budget & FTE questions
- Support of the German Personnel Cost Planing MB Bank AG and DFS AG
- Support with ongoing HRF Planning and Reporting topics and Projects
Support with the annual Merit Increase process

Qualifications

Education: current studies in business & economics, HR Management or similar with an HR focus
Experience: Initial working experience in HR of advantage. Intercultural experience and working experience in an international team of advantage
Language skills: German proficiency speaking level, English proficiency speaking & writing level. Additional language knowledge of advantage
IT skills: Broad experience in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
Personal skills: Team worker as well as reliable and independent way of working, communication and intercultural skills, flexible and proactive, strong analytical skills, conceptual working approach
