Tasks

The CKD (completely knocked down) production network bundles all international Mercedes-Benz plants with low to medium-sized production output. Reporting directly to the head of the CKD production network, our department is responsible for management consultancy with regard to international investment decisions, cost analysis and optimization, periodic planning, target derivation and the development of KPIs to enhance the cost efficiency of the overall CKD network.

Your responsibilities include:
- Preparation of periodic financial reporting to headquarter functions and top management
- Close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (international controlling partners, project teams, supply-chain departments, production planning, etc.)
- Support of business case calculations of strategic international projects
- Strong engagement in operative work such as assistance to supervisor with project requests, ad-hoc reporting or coordination with other departments

Qualifications

Course of studies: Business Administration, Economics or other studies
Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English and German
IT Skills: Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Personal Skills: Independent working style, ability to analyze complex topics and derive practical solutions, very good communication skills
Other skills: Ideally first experience in financial functions (e.g. controlling, accounting, treasury)
