Tasks

Our department IT/H (Information Technology HR) integrates the overall HR-, COM- and IT-competencies regarding processes and systems for the various central and divisional HR & COM functions at Daimler. We actively consult and support our Business Partner from HR and Communication with their business processes, and develop, implement and manage sustainable and state-of-the-art system solutions.

Within the team HR-IT Marketing and Recruiting we proactively consult and support the HR Business Partner on a global level regarding new system requirements, changing processes or IT-projects for all HR Marketing and Recruiting solutions. This includes not only the Application Management of existing systems, but especially the management of global and regional HR-IT projects (e.g. rollout of a cloud-based recruiting system (Taleo), Introduction of a new system that automatically matches candidates with fitting positions).

We are looking for an addition of our team for the following exciting activities:
- Contribute to a strategic project that introduces a cross-functional and global system solution which automatically matches potential candidates and positions in a marketplace
- Project management support (e.g. tracking and documentation of project, time, quality and budget goals) for running HR-IT Marketing and Recruiting projects.
- Analysis, specification and description of HR-IT requirements
- Engage proactively in the consulting and implementation of new requirements, processes or systems for our HR Business Partner
- Support the daily business in the team

Qualifications

Studies in: Business Informatics / Informatics / Information Management or equivalent
Language-Skills:Very good German- and good English skills,
Personal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative, self-driven and results-oriented working style, proficiency with Microsoft Office
The following skills are a plus: Know-how in the areas of HR Marketing & Recruiting, Project Management, and Requirement Management

The internship has to be a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
