Job summary

Network Management of CACEIS is a small international team which is responsible for relationships with business partners, mainly international banks around the world who are offering securities sub-custody services. This task includes selection of the right partner and relationship after the selection. Currently we have relationships with more than 55 countries.
We negotiate agreements, fees, check the sub-custodians and market infrastructure on a regular basis in order to provide clients best service and fulfill any regulatory requirement.

Your main missions will be divided into two services: network management and depot services.

- Monitoring the markets and the sub-custodians. This includes deep analysis of securities market profiles and studies of questionnaires from the sub-custodians (banks) we collaborate with. These analysis focus on market information, local law and market regulations, quality of operational support from the sub-custodian, compliance, risk, and contractual aspects from and with the sub-custodian;

- Supporting the monthly invoicing check of the sub-custodians. Every invoice needs to be checked upon correctness, booked in CACEIS internal systems and inserted in CACEIS internal tool. In order to follow up the invoices, reports must be created and analyzed on a monthly basis in order to have a complete overview of CACEIS costs and changes in cost structure;

- Creating and controling the monthly securities holdings statistics.
