Job summary

IT Demand and Services (secrétariat général DSI) is responsible for the following main tasks
1) IT Controlling
2) IT Order Management
3) IT Portfolio Management
4) IBM Provider Management
5) IT Internal Control System / Permanent controls Management
6) IT Audit Support
7) IT Risk Management

The IT Risk & Permanent Control team is responsible of an end to end process for IT processes risk mitigation.

You will be part of this dedicated team and your missions will be the following:
• Permanent controls:
o Driving IT risks assessments and analyzing impacts
o Defining and reviewing quality of permanent controls for IT and non-IT processes
o Monitoring the execution of permanent controls using the dedicated tool
o Optimizing of both IT Risk & Permanent control processes
o Consolidation and reviewing the quality of the reported risks
o Consolidatingf business needs for the tool, definition of the functional design and monitoring of the implementation

• Communication
o Actively communicating with different counterparts such as: process owners, head of departments, controllers, operational teams and internal risk functions
o Ensuring communication towards the tool manufacturer
o Alignment with CACEIS Group counterparts

• Audit
o Responding to internal and external audit information requests

• IT Provider Manager:
o Management of Outsourcing contract and therein contained obligations with Service Provider (Germany, France, India) and concerned customers in Germany, France & Luxemburg
o Preparation / Organization, execution and follow-up of Governance meetings with the Service Provider on all management levels.
o Interface to operational units of IT Development and IT Infrastructure, German and Caceis Group Outsourcing Management, Caceis Group Provider Management and other German and Group departments concerning the Services delivered by the Service Provider
