Job summary

The Human Resources Department in Caceis Bank S.A., Germany Branch is divided into two teams: HR Development (4 ppl) and a HR Consulting (4ppl) team.
The HR Development team is in charge of the training and development of the employees.
The HR administration team is in charge of the recruitment and Consulting.

The VIE will be part of the HR Consulting team and will be responsible for the following Tasks:

- Consulting and Support of the assigned Units as first contact Person

- Implementation of decided personnel measures

- Independent processing of all upcoming personnel processes

- Involvement in recruitment (Job vacancies, advertisement, Job interviews)

- Ensure technical know-how, develop, document and pass over to colleagues

- Keep the Definition of core processes up to date and coordinate with responsible Manager

- Supporting the implementation of HR Group Actions in the Company

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and Tools within the HR Department
