Aufgaben

·  Requirements management, validation of change and service requests, creation of pre-studies and rough concepts, development of high-level solution approaches
·  Creation of detailed functional designs and specifications of process or application changes
·  Quality assurance of implementation proposals from a business-related point of view
·  Test specification, coordination of integration and user acceptance tests, execution of business-related tests, support of the Go-Live
·  Project management for changes assigned, including time planning, cost controlling, integration of all stake holders, coordination of IT development, quality assurance, reporting
·  Delivering business support regarding defined business processes and applications for business departments, including analysis of incidents and problems from a functional perspective
·  Delivering proposals for the optimization of the application landscape and business processes

Erfahrung

• Deep knowledge of banking business processes and solutions, in particular in the area of Corporate Actions
• Experiences in software development processes, in particular, requirements analysis and specification, test management and execution, software development processes
• Experiences in project management
• Experiences in working with external IT providers
• Detailed experiences in the creation of functional designs and specification of application changes
• Experiences in the analysis of system behavior from a functional point of view

Erforderliche Kompetenzen

• Ability to work under pressure, high conflict handling and communication skills, service orientation to the customers
• High degree of analytical and social competence, covering initiative, taking responsibility, flexibility
