Poste et missions:
Your will take place in the Permanent Control & Risk department of Eurofactor GmbH. This service is responsible for:
- Independent verification and monitoring of the activities and processes of the company;
- Identification and monitoring of operational risks;
- Objective: improvement of quality, efficiency and security of operational processes;
- Especially control of following risks: counterparty risks including concentration risks (customer, debtor and process risks);
- Liquidity risks;
- Operational risks and reputational risks.
Your main missions will be:
- Carrying out the the risk inventory (operatonal risk mapping);
- Creating a binding control plan in direct collaboration with the departments and ensuring the continuous updating and monitoring;
- Supporting the management in the implementation and development of risk management and control processes ;
- Organizing regular and ad hoc inspections in accordance with the control plan;
- Drawing up audit reports for the information of management board and the head of Permanent Control and Risk on the results of the tests / inspections, also for giving feedback to the respective department heads;
- Preparating of monthly risk reports for monitoring compliance with risk strategy, debt limits and competences in coordination with the head of Permanent Control & Risk;
- Participating in committees for risk-related topics;
- Supporting internal auditing in their audit procedures;
- Supporting and participating in training programs for employees.

Bac+5
Business School, University.
Specialization: Finance, audit, risk, controlling.
A first experience in permanent control and risk is a plus.
Hard skills:
Financial Analysis;
Knowledge of the factoring business would be an advantage.

Technical skills required
Very good knowing of Microsoft Office (Excel).
German: upper intermediate; English: advanced level; French: elementary (optional).
