Poste et missions:
T Demand and Services (secrétariat général DSI) is responsible for the following main tasks : IT Finance Controlling, IT Order Management, IT Portfolio Management, IBM Provider Management, Manage IT Internal Control System, IT Audit Support and IT Risk Management.
In this department, your main missions will be:
- Planning IT Budget (actuals and forecast calculation);
- Managing month-end/year-end closing (preparation of accruals, payment of IT invoices);
- Executing Order Processing;
- Preparing cost and revenue analysis as required by the management;
- Managing IT Portfolio (provider and project monitoring);
- Being part of the interface between IT (Germany), Controlling/Accounting (Germany) and Group IT Controlling (Paris).
