Poste et missions:
Clearing & Transaction Services is part of Operations and includes 3 groups: Trade Management, Transversal activities and Clearing Support.
“Clearing Support” is the single point of contact for broker/dealer clients and in charge of answering and clarifying client queries and complaints as well as troubleshooting for daily trade processing. The group collaborates closely with the relationship managers and the involved business units.
In this team, your main missions will be :
- Daily business tasks :
. Supporting Broker/Dealer clients ;
. Monitoring trade processing ;
. Investigating discrepancies with the client and in collaboration with dedicated business units ;
. Writing reports and statistics.
- Project Tasks :
. Being involved in projects: documenting business requirements and test results, writing go live procedures ;
. Supporting onboarding new clients ;
. Supporting implementation of new products for clients.

Profil:
Bac+5: Business School, University.
Specialization : Banking, Capital markets.
Level of minimal experience
Experience: 0-2 years
A first banking experience is a plus.

Competent handling of MS Office.
