You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Milan and especially Global Investment Banking Department.
Global Investment Banking (GIB) aims at advising large clients of the Bank for their strategic financial issues as well as structuring and executing specialised financial transactions on the Italian market for both Italian and international clients.
You will work in coordination with both Milan and Paris based professionals as part of an international team.
You will support the team members and your responsibilities will mainly cover the following activities:
- to assist the other members of the team in origination and executing M&A transactions ;
- to assist in the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to support marketing and execution initiatives ;
- to press monitoring and initial development of marketing ideas ;
- to support the execution of M&A transactions under the supervision of other team members ;
- to model and to value analysis ;
- to assist to the creation of transaction marketing documents (information memoranda and management presentations) and pitch-books.
When required you will also be required to attend client meetings in the context of the activities performed.
During this VIE, you will improve your knowledge of how to perform market and financial analysis, financial models and prepare effective presentations to clients and CACIB bankers.

Profil:
- Academic background : University or Business school.
- Specialization : Finance or Business.
- A previous experience in M&A would be considered a plus.
Hard Skills :
- Strong analytical and numerical skills ;
- Good knowledge of corporate finance, valuation and financial markets.
Soft Skills :
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily
- Ability to analyse and summarise
- Rigour and sense of organisation
- Apprehension of results and priorities
- Autonomy and Teamworking
- Microsoft Office (advanced level)
- Fluent English, French skills and a knowledge of Italian is required.
