Detail of the mission:
- User Acceptance Tests
- Execution of User Acceptance Tests
- Creation of Change Tickets with provider
- Monitoring the implementation of initiated changes
- Support of vendor management
- Presentations
- Creation of presentations as preparation for workshops und meetings
- Project evaluation
- Cooperative creation and implementation of evaluation concepts
- Analysis of the project’s key figures
- Preparation of interpretation and recommended actions resulting from the analysis of the key figures
- Project planning
- Planning and preparation of roll-out
- Update of project plan in consideration of new input from project team
- Monitoring of planned work packages and addressing risks in project plan
- Update of all documents regarding project planning
- Coordination of translations
- Support of translation process (vendor management, country coordination, quality management)
- System and process tests
- Support of execution of internal system and process tests
- Meetings
- Support of recurring project meetings (e.g. preparation and sending of agenda and meeting minutes, presentation of meetings)
- Coordination of status requests regarding each work package
- Supporting the organization and execution of other project meetings (Steering Committee, Rapid Decision Board, various training sessions, workshops, etc.)
- Supporting the documentation of results from meetings (e.g. creation of to-do/task lists)
Required qualifications:
- University degree in psychology or comparable specialization,
- Strong competencies in the areas of project management and project organization,
- Expertise in the area of diagnostics,
- Experience with launch of HR systems (especially user acceptance tests and coordination of translations),
- Very good knowledge in the areas of data evaluation and statistics,
- Working experience in an international environment,
- Fluency (spoken and written) in German and English (additional language skills desirable),
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products
