Job description

Continental is looking for a VIE to strengthen its team Corporate Labor Relations.
Continental develops intelligent technologies for transporting people and their goods. As a

Context of the mission
The VIE will work in team on projects but also individually on specific requests. Some of the topics will be in relation with Heads of Labor Relations at Continental around the world and other will be more focused on Germany.
Detail of the mission
Assist the team to manage international projects (from the conception to the implementation worldwide)
Create an international network of Continental Human Relations to share best practices
Qualification required
Law degree.
Fluent in English and in German. Other languages a plus.
Qualification preferred
Knowledge in Human Resources a plus.
Previous experience in a multinational a plus.
