As a Business Systems Analyst , you will provide data management and technology tools to support contact center functions through tactical execution of the department strategies through business applications. This position will provide systems and business application management experience by understanding business processes and making recommendations for enhancements to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency through business systems and/or applications.

As a Business Systems Analyst , you will maintain and enhance business applications, reporting, and analysis solutions with focus on maintaining the integrity of the application, data and system. You will analyze business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify upgrades and development of new functionality with current business applications. Additionally, you will provide and communicate business and systems requirements to IT organization/Developers/Vendors when needed. You will also build expertise in the business unit(s) supported, and assist in business processes.

As a Business Systems Analyst , you will have advanced knowledge of a specific field, and will apply this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the business area. You will manage, organize, and analyze data, or other information, for assigned area. You will apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work. You will act as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions. Additionally, you will drive and lead business project initiatives and may assist business area staff by providing technical advice and guidance.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

·  Build, maintain, and enhance business applications, reporting, and analysis solutions with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the business application, data, and system.
·  Partner with internal and external departments to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve processes and detail of data
·  Collaborate with management team to identify upgrades and development of new functionality with current business applications
·  Drive project and information management initiatives that increase effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field OR at least 5 years related experience
·  2 years' business/systems analysis/analytical experience
·  Ability to manage implementation of application solutions to address business needs
·  Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, relational database, SQL and PC skills
·  Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making
·  Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to effectively produce requirements documents and functional documents

Preferred:

·  Project management experience
·  Salesforce experience
·  In-depth knowledge of application administration; reports/dashboards, release management and sandbox environments
