We are doubling the size of our Business Development team to support and drive our unprecedented growth. Working in partnership with the Enterprise field sales team, our BDRs are the custodians of the sales pipeline - managing inbound leads and constantly hunting to identify, nurture and build opportunity in target prospect and customer accounts.

This is a junior sales role so while we don't expect you to have pages of experience on your CV, we are still looking for that something special. Only apply if:

  • You have a great degree from a great university
  • Have a desire to establish a career in sales
  • Have 0-1 years experience in a telesales position or relevant experience, software company a plus
  • Are an energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have an ability to build client relationships over the phone
  • Have opportunity qualification and objection handling
  • Have strong needs analysis, positioning and qualification skills
  • Have time and territory management
  • Have a proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data into a CRM system was required.
  • Have an ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
  • Have positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • You're able to pipeline generate and break into brand new logos from scratch
  • You constantly look for solutions to problems, and how to solve business pains.
  • You're a natural champion builder and go the extra mile to add real value.
  • You're an entrepreneur - you know that owning your own pipeline generation is fundamental to your success.
  • You don't cut corners, even with SFDC hygiene.
