Job Description
SAP IS-Retail & SAP CAR - We are looking for SAP professional who has proved his capabilities several times and has broad international experience in implementing SAP Retail Solutions.

Customer description
THE CUSTOMER is a leading integrated Central & East European oil and gas company.
In their Consumer Services business it is one of the leading retail & mobility in CCE region (CZ, SVK, HU, RO, HR, SRB, SLO) offering top-quality motor fuels and lubricants as well as customer services, including shops at its service station (network of more than 1.000 in CEE), gastro services, car washes, electric charging stations and more. Their service station business employs more than 20.000 people.

Program/project description
THE CUSTOMER approved a transformation program that focuses on building its retail services beyond the traditional filling stations services (improving image to its customers and increasing non- fuels sales), a service which will be competitive in the long run, and accordingly also capable of restructuring and developing its current operation. IT is seen as an integral part of this 5y transformation program.

THE CUSTOMER’s current IT landscape includes SAP ERP with IS-Oil & IS-Retail, CRM, SRM, BW, HR, GRC, Portal.

The first transformation project focuses on:
• redesign of the legacy SAP Retail used in as a baseline for Template solution by simplifying and unifying foundational SAP Retail capabilities and systems across the Group
• implementation of a new SAP component SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) & SAP Fiori apps development for filling station managers/employees
• and replacement of the current middleware platform with SAP Process Orchestration.

This project shall be implemented for CZ & SVK and serve as a template system for other countries (HU, RO, HR, SRB, SLO) that shall be roll-outed in 2021. From 2022 SAP S/4HANA transformation shall start.

The first transformation project shall start in April 2020 and last for approximately 12 months. There shall be an open RFP in January.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Leading SAP Retail & SAP CAR & SAP Fiori workstream in project scoping, business processes and blueprints/design activities as a subject matter expert
• Refining business requirements from customer and creating designs and functional specifications
• Developing system solution designs that effectively support requirements
• Supporting SAP Retail & SAP CAR & SAP Fiori implementation through all phases (blueprint, realization & testing, final preparation and go-live support)
• Configuring SAP systems to meet design requirements
• Supporting testing and integration of development activities
• SAP CAR configuration
• Participation on proposal preparation from the very start

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Qualifications & Experience:
• 12+ years of SAP Retail implementation experience
• MUST have at least 6 full lifecycle SAP Retail implementation projects and at least 1 in the role as a Solution Architect
• Experience designing and developing complex Retail solutions using SAP Retail & SAP CAR
• 6+ years of experience delivering SAP functional specifications for all WRICEF development objects
• Experience in delivering Fiori based SAP applications
• System solution designs and SAP Retail architecture experience are preferred
• Knowledge of SAP Retail Strategy, Innovations and Reference Architecture is preferred
• Implementation experience with multiple SAP Retail processes is preferred e.g.:
o SAP Point of Sale Data Management
o SAP Merchandising
o SAP Price Optimization
o SAP Promotions etc.
• Experience in proposal preparation (solution design/architecture, project schedule, decomposition of the scope, man-days estimate and duration for each activity/deliverable etc.) is preferred
