Your future duties and responsibilities
•Work on Metastorm BPM and develop software using C#/MS SQL Server.
•Participate in requirements and business process definition sessions with client stakeholders and CGI. Map business requirements to software capabilities and / or gaps.
•Conduct rapid prototyping on software in line with requirements definition processes to demonstrate technical feasibility of proposed solutions as appropriate.
•Work with the Technical Lead to define and estimate software enhancement or configuration changes to support defined requirements.
•Work with Product Engineering to develop technical designs and build software enhancements based on requirement specifications.
•Support client implementation activities including client configuration, interface development, data migration, and software installation as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
•3 years + experience developing enterprise web-based applications using Microsoft .NET frameworks
•3 years + experience working with a relational database platform; preferably SQL Server; including demonstrated experience writing complex SQL and stored procedures
•Demonstrated experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to work directly with client stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical people
•Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study

Desired Skills:
•Experience with Metastorm is a big plus
•Experience with other BPM solutions is also a plus
•Experience with 3rd party AJAX controls, particularly Telerik controls
•Experience conducting existing system “current state” analysis and future state recommendations
