Member Services Associate
Position Description
The Member Service Area Specialist will be responsible for delivering HR services on the assigned processes to multiple countries as defined on the agreed Key Performance Indicators.
Member Service Area Specialist act as first point of escalations from Regional HR Member Services, HR Business Partners and Payroll. He/She can provide expert advice on issues and requests assigned to the team. Member Service Area Specialist will handle complex cases and escalations from the Service Area Associates/Senior Associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
Your main responsibilities as Member Service Area Specialist are as follows:
Review completed cases, processes and procedures to evaluate quality and compliance of Global HR Member Services operations in relation with currently established processes and procedures
Establish GHRMS internal audit plans to review activities, processes, or services
Make recommendations to the Service Delivery Manager to improve quality of GHRMS operations
Provide consulting services to the GHRMS management team in regards to quality and training of GHRMS members
Provide support to the GHRMS management team in implementing proposed improvements
Review all process documents prior to publication and submission to GOS.
Answer questions from the internal or external auditors, or liaise with other GHRMS resources to obtain needed information for formal audits.
In collaboration with the Team Leads, other Specialists and Senior Associates, develop and propose training plans to the Manager
Able to attend to meetings with the upper management related to process and be able to articulate the impact of process / issues with the Stakeholders.
Education requirements
• Graduate of any degree
Knowledge and skills
• Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes or activities typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
• Performing the role as a lead and coordinating the work of others
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
• Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications
• Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems
Experience
• Experience leading or coaching teams or demonstrated potential for such
• Experience with MS Office tools
• 36 months GHRMS experience. Relevant HR/Payroll experience is an asset
• Experience/knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules is an asset
Others
• Above average oral and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
