Management Analyst III- Facilities FBI/FMU (Top Secret Required)

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to provide Quality Assurance services to support the Facility Maintenance Unit at FBI in Quantico, Va.

Your future duties and responsibilities
a) Conduct periodic and random spot checks of preventative maintenance tasks and report status to the COR in accordance with Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

b) Review preventative maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with GSA requirements and/or industry standards
c) Perform re-inspections of noted deficiencies and report status to COR.
d) Quality Assurance inspections will be performed facility systems and related infrastructure to include electrical, mechanical and associated HVAC equipment.
e) Inform COR or designated representatives of any deficiencies discovered.
f) Review and analyze contractor's Quality Control Plan for effectiveness and completeness
g) Develop QA checklist in accordance with QC Plan review to ensure adequate review of preventative maintenance checks
h) Possess working level familiarity with general construction practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must hold a Top Secret clearance
Facilities experience in general office and administrative space, warehousing, dormitories, training facilities, gymnasium/pool, multiple utility and infrastructure systems, preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass CGI background investigation
