Position Description
Business Analyst

The BA will be part of an Agile team working in SBO office. The BA will be responsible for translation business demand provided by the product owner into concrete IT solutions (PBIs) which can be implemented by the scrum team they are working within. Key aspects is that the BA is capable of empowering himself/herself to come up with complete proposals which align with the KM program way of working. Experience with Agile Scrum process so refinement sessions are managed correctly and efficiently is required and a plus.

Skills required-

Knowledge of using VSTS for backlog management, creation of PBIs

Strong communication skills as interaction needed for interaction with product owner and business stakeholders

Knowledge of agile process so BA is able to facilitate refinement meetings

Strong acumen in Requirement Analysis and Impact Analysis

Ability to support testing team with different testing scenarios

Ability to empower themselves to translate ideas and vision into concrete IT solutions

Plus:

Knowledge of O365.

Knowledge of MS SharePoint.

Knowledge and experience of Information management practices
