Job description

Your Responsibilities

- You design & Architect scalable data processing & analytics platform
- You develop RESTful Web Services in NodeJS
- You test & Deploy reliable applications in established cloud environments
- You work in an agile software developer team
- You keep our technical documentation up to date


Your Profile

- BS/MS in computer science or the like
- 4+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering and architecture
- Experience with sensor data driven IoT architectures related protocols (e.g. HTTP, CoAP, MQTT)
- In-depth knowledge of Javascript and at least one more commonly used backend programming language (Go, Python, ...)
- Strong experience with Database Systems (NoSQL e.g. MongoDB / Timeseries) and Streaming Data Processing Frameworks (e.g. Kafka, Spark)
- Experience with continuous integration principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work using agile methodologies
