Job description
Your Responsibilities?
- Managing the relationships with our key institutional accounts and partners and retail clients
- Servicing clients (institutional and retail) via phone and email
- Phone trading – execution of trades and orders from clients over the phone
- Frontline handling of trade queries
- Dealing with KYC documents and overseeing the account opening process
- Actively contacting clients on the phone and email regarding KYC documents
- Representing us at trade fairs, meet-ups or other events
- Working closely and effectively with the team across the our company group
Job Requirements
- Fluent English and German on Level C1 or C2 is a must
- Interest in financial markets and products (CFDs, Spread Betting, Social Trading)
- Higher educational background (i.e. Bachelor or Master’s degree)
- Client facing work experience, preferably in the retail finance industry is desired but not essential
- A real desire and ambition to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure
- A dynamic and effective team player with strong work ethics
- An exceptional and professional telephone manner, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the confidence to build and develop good relationships with clients
- A fast learner and problem solver
- This role involves dealing with confidential and sensitive information therefore a Certificate of Conduct is required
