For our branch in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for

Interns Client Performance (m/w)


Within the Client Intelligence Services team Germany, contribute to

(a) the maintenance of (i) the CRM tool Client 1st and and (ii) the 3rd party Group referential RMPM identified as Golden source in the RaDAR framework;

(b) The analysis and reporting of client performance under the responsibility of Financial Institutions Coverage and Corporate Coverage in Austria and Germany;

(c) The control environment ensuring data quality in both the tools under the team's responsibility and the reporting provided


Performance Analysis and Steering

• Develop, propose and prepare various Key Performance Indicators to be provided to the business & the management on a regular basis

• Contribute to the set of reporting enabling CIB management and the business to track the performance of the franchise under various angles (including notably statistics on client visits, business opportunities, cross sell, revenues generation, onboardings of clients), including reliable and adequate comments on the evolution/variances

Data quality maintenance

• Apply and contribute to the implementation of the control plan to ensure good quality of data in the CIB core CRM and revenues tracking systems

• Perform designed controls in the analysis and reporting of client performance

• Perform designed controls on the data contained in the CRM tool as well as the 3rd party Group referential

Support the coverage teams in the use of the CRM and revenues tracking systems

• Ensure that the CIS team provides support to the business in regards the use, the administration and training on CRM tool–C1st as well as the management of the static data underlying the revenue reporting.

• Support the coverage teams with ad- hoc analysis topics or reporting demands.

• Manage the annual revenues budget process and provide support to the coverage as well as analysis and reporting to the management along the entire budget phase


• Contribute to the quality of the data stored in the CRM tool (Client 1st), the revenues tracking tool (C3) and the Portfolio revenues platform (Cockpit) by coordinating with the coverage teams and the nearshoring platforms (Lisbon and Madrid)

• Contribute to implement timely, efficient and relevant reporting

• Monitor and support the Cross-Selling-Activity with Non-CIB-Businesses both ways working jointly with the Heads of Client Coverages and Non-CIB Businesses
