For our Credit Administration & Monitoring Team in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a

Credit Officer - Wealth Management

Credit is a pillar of the offering of WM in Germany with the following key products: residential and commercial real estate financing, Lombard financing and structured financing to serve, among others, owners of Mittlestand companies.


· Ensure the processing and the administration of credits

· Comply with the procedures and operational guidelines in place

· Communicate with various teams: Other Credit team members, Front Office, Business Support, RISK, Legal, and Compliance.

· The level of service to WM clients relies on the quality of his/her work and on the management of the Bank credit risk

Tasks to be performed:

For new credits

· Administrative management of new Credit files on the basis of Credit committee decision
· Drafting of contractual documents
· Front office support until the financing outflow
· Data codifications in systems (amortizing schedules etc.)

Monitoring of portfolio operations

· Management of renewals
· Management of contractual documents update when deemed necessary
· Management of closing and repayment of credit positions
· Monitoring of overdue files, involving the Front office, and reporting

Check and control of portfolio data

· Commitments and limits reconciliation
· Control of collateral situation
· Control of operations in Olympic involving the Front office and Back office


· Participate to transversal initiatives of the Credit offering (new activity/product, reporting etc.)
· Participate to the adaptation of existing operational procedures
· Contribute to the preparation of the anomalies committee for irregulars
· Contribute to NPE FBE reporting
· Build ad-hoc reporting for the management
· Various administrative tasks

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Skills required:

·  At least 3-5 years' experience in a credit middle office department in Germany
·  Skills in real estate financing
·  English and German
·  Detail oriented, innovation oriented, problem solving, facilitation, coordination
·  Team spirit
