Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic IT Application Business Analyst on Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas, who will directly report to the IT Application Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities and tasks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

· work on the design and improvement of IT solutions supporting Biesse processes;
· interact with the Business Process Owners and the Key Users of the IT systems, in an international and multi-cultural environment;
· monitor and control project activities and communicate status updates to the key stakeholders;
· coordinate the external parties involved in the application design and implementation;
· support the test, training and deploy phases of the projects;
· ensure the IT deliverables are compliant with the Company policies and procedures;
· provide support to the end users of the applications under the IT governance, accordingly to Biesse IT Service Management policies and procedures.

Previous experiences in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Supplier Collaboration Platforms will be preferred skills.
Good problem solving and communication skills plus positive attitude to teamwork are required.
Candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain (e.g. warehouse management, purchasing and replenishment processes, discrete manufacturing processes, …);
· Previous experience in projects involving at least one of the following applications:
· Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES);
· Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
· Supplier Collaboration Platforms;
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economy or Mathematics.
· 2+ years of experience in a similar role
· English language proficiency
· Willing to travel basing on assigned project demand
