Poste et missions:
You will directly support the product development projects of the Process Development Group, part of the R&D Organization of Baxter.
You will:
- Collaborate in the development of the Process devlopment Pilot line and equipment management as :
o Pilot Equipment set up, start up and ordinary maintenance
o Design and installation of Pilot equipment fixtures (sealing dies, samples-parts holders, new fixtures...)
o Support to Operations team during equipment installation, extraordinary maintenance and EHS inspection.
o Equipment modification and new equipment acquisition based on the requests coming from different projects;
o Write and update equipment SOPs
o Continue implementation of the 6S philosophy
o Supervise samples production process and overview logistic aspects
- Collaborate for the improvement/optimization of the current Baxter manufacturing processes
- Collaborate to the manufacturing development processes by interacting with the design, quality and manufacturing team
Job Location: 80% Lessines Pilot Container R&D
- 20% Braine-L'Alleud Baxter R&D Site
You may be required to travel to another Baxter facility to support projects execution (up to 20%).
Profile:
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- You have technical and mechanical competencies to be applied in Pilot/manufacturing environment
- You like to work on equipment installation and Electric and mechanical modifications implementation
- Knowledge in PLC and electric installation
- Knowledge of CAD systems (Creo and/or Comsol)
- You are fluent in French, good English knowledges.
- Preferable: you have experience in sealing technologies and sealing die coating
- You have good communication skills
