Summary:
Ensures that applications that are promoted into production are done so with all required functionalities documentation and support processes defined, including software validation, where applicable. Responsible for Service Delivery execution including incident, problem, change management, service request fulfillment, and minor configuration and development. Ensure that applications run effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1)Installation of new computerized systems, integrate these computerized systems in the network following I.T. SOPs.
2)Relay as SME for local validation of computerized systems: backup for validation of computerized systems to ensure accuracy of data generated by critical scientific equipment, including those used for product registration submission.
3)Be source of Improvement initiatives, develop tools to manage the all computers of Baxter R&D European center (automatic software update, automatic systems back-up, decommissioning).
4)Write, execute and document change requests on computerized systems
5)Point of contact and first line of support for IT incidents/repairs occurring on Computerized systems.
6)Documentation of incidents and resolution, including change control.
7)Ensure support of stand-alone computerized systems, interface with users to solve the problem in a timely and efficient manner to guaranty business continuity and customer satisfaction.
8)Responsible for the decommissioning process and data archiving
9)Write and maintain any SOPs required for system use, administration and maintenance.
10)Monitor systems, analyze alerts and manage resolutions.
11)Maintain systems in steady state by ensuring recurring maintenance tasks and follow maintenance procedures.
12)Work cooperatively with technical personnel in other divisions and functions to accomplish enterprise-wide goals.

- Enterprise-scale System Administration (Windows Servers, Citrix, Backup, VMWare, DB, ..)
- Ability to challenge & probe
- Good self-organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in team environment
- French & English, written and spoken
- Validation knowledge (GAMP, CSV…), Quality systems knowledge and Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulations are assets.
