Your Responsibilities:
·  In charge of maintenance (QDR) of AVL Concerto
·  Managing maintenance requests of external and internal customers
·  Process-compliant response to maintenance requests
·  Prioritization of defects in the Scrum development method
·  Interface between customer and developers in technical and maintenance issues
·  Close coordination with Software Development
·  Providing information about the use (installation and operation) of our product at the customer Annual Remuneration:
Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR36.400,-- . We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  Software development, or mechanical or electrical engineering graduate of a university of technology/university of applied sciences/secondary technical college
·  Minimum of 3 years professional experience
·  Data processing knowledge
·  Familiar with the use of AVL Concerto
·  Good communication skills in an international customer and development environment
·  Knowledge of the AVL maintenance process an advantage
·  Basic knowledge of the AVL products an advantage (Santorin, IndiCom, Cameo)
·  Very good spoken and written command of German and English
