Essential skills:

Typically educated to degree level or holds a professional qualification.

Has experience in architecting, designing and building distributed, scalable enterprise applications on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenStack or Google Cloud)

Has experience in designing and implementing workload migration from On-Premise to Cloud.

Has experience in designing hybrid and multi cloud architectures.

Has experience with Cloud Containerization technologies such as Docker, ECS, AKS

Has experience with Orchestration platforms such as, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Puppet and Open Shift

Is able to recognize potential assignments outside own areas of specialization and bring to bear appropriate expertise as necessary

Where appropriate has a thorough understanding of all stages of alternative software engineering life cycles for development both within and beyond own organization.

Experience in at least 1 or more from each group of the below skills is desirable

Soft skills:

Demonstrates high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues and staff; Possesses a broad knowledge and subject matter expertise in complex application integration scenarios.

Possess good communication skills (both written and verbal) and able to articulate with precision to all stakeholders.

Has a investigative mindset towards understanding customer’s business/technology problem and coming up with solutions to address them. Has the ability to connect a business problem to a technology solution.

Ability to work in multi-cultural global team environments and build relationship with all stakeholders.
