Project Coordinator willsupport tasksuch as financial and action tracking, report creation and other project coordination activities.

§ Creating presentation materials.

§ Escalate project issues to Management as necessary

§ Ensure that corporate and customer policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to, particularly in respect of quality and risk management
§ Manage work to achieve financial targets and timelines effectively
§ Ensure high standards of management for all projects
§ Coordinate all changes to project plans, including unanticipated sub-projects and service improvement projects
§ Assist and maintain group-to-group and company-to-company business relationships.

§ Ensure effective internal and external communication within the teams

§ Develop project materials (presentations, reports, meeting minutes, etc.) and all encompassing duties as requested.
