Job Description

Scope:
·  Part of an international team responsible for the strategic development of the Trusted Transaction Service Center services/producs in digital payment and banking area.
·  Develop, manage and maintain Service Center Trusted Transaction  services and products
·  SEPA Payment Suite
·  OBeP Services (SCT, emandates, Identity Verification)
·  XS2A TPP Services (AISP / PISP)
·  Special solution based on Multi Service Platform
·  Develop and define the product roadmap from business side based on market requirement and customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·  Initiate RfC’s for new or adjusted services
·  Generate, define and maintain business requirements and specifications, the client facing user requirements and define the impact on the product
·  Deliver and maintain the Master Service catalogue, Service/Product Descriptions & Presentation and generic Service Levels Descriptions. Support Business Delivery regarding client SLA’s
·  Define, monitor and accept Product Roadmap and Releases on business side.
·  Define bid/win strategy & design regarding business aspects plus delivery model, handling the business model, pricing and product strategy (Rainbow bid manager/solution manager) for existing services and new opportunities.
·  Determine cost levels for one time and recurring costs for existing and new services.
·  Signal opportunities for process optimization in the SC Trusted Transaction processes and initiates changes to realize them
·  Create business plans for new services based on product strategy and market requirements.
·  Define and propose new investments, prepare and support investment & business plan (RAPID)
·  Qualify incoming leads together with the local Atos/Worldline teams in order to represent interests of Service Center Trusted Transactions to pursue.
·  Be the entry point for Worldline countries to the SC Trusted Transaction on product portfolio, product presentation & training and assist them on business model.
·  Act based on business plans of Service Center Trusted Transaction.
·  Contribute to the push of the product towards the geographies – following the guidelines and priorities sets by the Trusted Transaction center management team.
·  Transform high level sales ambition from product marketing management into a detailed action plan ready for execution.
·  Be part of the product packaging activities: especially on the pricing (model and value), the differentiators and value proposition for the customers. Provide consistent monthly reporting to SC Trusted Transaction Management about service/product activities (e.g. product roadmap/release status, webinars, customer meetings done, participation to events, leads in pipe.

Job Requirements

• Degree in technical science engineering or equivalent

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales or pre-sales activities including contribution to business cases, contract negotiation and proposal writings.

• Passion for customer acquisition and care

• Customer oriented thinking and acting

• Cooperation skills, strong teamwork ability and willingness tocontinuous development

• Strong responsibility and quality consciousness

• Proactive working mode and highly interested to work on new topics

• Willingness to work and travel international with customers and with internal teams

• Safe and confident manner

• Strong authority,an analytical mindand a good organizational management

• Cope tight time schedules and fast changing context

• Language:
