PROCUREMENT MANAGER

As a Procurement Manager you will be part of an energized team focused on Atos / Unify’s North American procurement needs. We are seeking a procurement professional who is customer service oriented and is able to operate in a fast paced environment. You will have leadership of strategic and local procurement activities involving the Indirect Procurement category. In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally and have exposure to the Global Procurement Team.

RESPONSITIBLITIES

• Defines, leads and controls all activities within the area of his/her responsibility including

o Request for Purchase (RFP) process, contract negotiations,

o strategic supplier portfolio management,

o risk management,

o market assessment,

o project leadership in key projects to improve procurement performance

o Consulting & Advisory / Finance BPO / Marketing / Communications categories

o Unify procurement tools / MyOrders

• Responsibility for relevant procurement KPIs

• Collaboratively steer and manage projects within a working team

• Develop strong relationships with Business Units to anticipate procurement needs and execute flawlessly

• Build relationships with key suppliers and source new suppliers as needed

• Work with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively

• Understand and keep up with new trends and regulations in the business

SKILLS REQUIRED

• 3+ years of procurement work experience involving Indirect Category suppliers

• Bachelor’s degree

• Procurement or Project Management certifications are a plus

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Up to 25% domestic travel may be required
