The work environment

The division Account Payments is the division integrally responsible for developing and processing of account payments transactions and associated services, amongst others SEPA, domestic payment products like Ideal and e-mandates, Instant Payments, multicurrency and high value payments, and SWIFT transactions. The division is organized in 4 Service Centers and 2 transversal teams across the countries BE, FR, GE, ITA and NL.

The new colleague will be serving the entire division.

What will be your job?

Within the division Account Payments, we are faced with numerous challenges related to HRM regarding recruitment, retention and employee satisfaction & engagement. As the HR topics follow mainly local rules (law and regulations), and the work within and organization of Account Payments is global, we need strong division guidance and support to facilitate our managers in securing their current and future workforce to do the work. Coordinating is also required on information flow of / reporting / overview about local HR processes around tooling, reporting, appraisals, salary changes and have the knowledge about the current and future business needs of recourse and address it to the responsible departments (e.g. HR, Finance) He or she will act as contact person between the line management and and other departments (e.g. HR, Finance) in the countries To monitor and coordinate eW and WL processes in the division: Budget, Investment Committee, Revenue follow-up, Project approval (RAPID) reviews, Compliance with regulation, Audits, Resources (internal, external, offshore) monitoring and hiring process, Risk Management, Division reviews, eW merging synergies [PMO]

What do you have to offer?

· A final degree (university or technical college) or comparable education and development
· Good communication skills, capability to deal with intercultural issues,
· experienced professional in human resource management,
· hands-on and willing to ensure job gets done,
· coming up with creative and pragmatic solutions,
· team player and being able with division stakeholders and HR
· experience (incl network) in the payments industry is a pre.
· Language requirements: English
