Job Description

As a global service provider and integrator, Atos has implemented for its customers the Atos Technology Framework (ATF).

The ATF gives structure to the Service Management solution and consistently manages the interactions between all components and involved parties based on a flexible IT architecture.

The ATF itself is structured into 8 central Cross Functional ATF Building Blocks:

· Portal and Portal Applications, including SSO
· Service Catalog and workflows
· Ticketing and Knowledge Management
· Reporting
· Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
· Configuration and Master Data Management
· Discovery

This Job description refers to Portal, SSO as part of Portal building block and Service Catalog.

The Portal and Portal Applications offers self-service capabilities to users over a standardized web interface. This interface enables authorized users based on entitlement rules to immediately act upon their needs and place e.g. service requests according to their purchased service levels or access self help functionalities. Context-sensitive navigation and improved functions lead the user through the different processes.

SSO or Entitlement module provides a central authentication environment, single-sign-on functionality and federation with customers.

The Service Catalog and worflows supports “Service Catalog Management” and “Request Fulfillment” and holds the contracted catalog of orderable IT products and services and ensures the execution of the corresponding service requests. These requests will be entered within the Portal Application through authorized users.

The role of the Implementation Specialist is to configure the new customer into ATF tools: Portal /SSO and Catalog, following standard procedures and based on new customer requirements.

Configuration is done first in testing environment (CAT system), is well tested and once it gets the customer acceptance, is deployed on Production environment.

Responsibilities / Technical skills:

· Technically inclined and proven consulting experience as a key technical resource while working in the development and delivery of ITSM solutions in client environments.
· 6+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry with knowledge of ITIL, minimum foundation level.
· Min 3 year experience with Service Now Implementation
· Min 1 Year exp with ServiceNow Service Catalog
· Trained to Service Now Admin/Dev/Service Catalog
· Report writing and technical documentation skills.
· Special Service Catalog technical skills
· Trained to ServiceNow Service Catalog Administration
· Good understanding of database management system
· Good understanding of XML/Java-based technologies
· Execute local Service Catalog command line scrips
· Ability to write and execute end to end test scenarios and to report issues to development team
· ServiceNow ticket/change handling
· Good knowledge and understanding of networking aspects. Key skills with MS office products like Excel, Word and Visio. Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc). Good project co-ordination skills. Project Management skills will be an added advantage.
· Will be responsible mostly for understanding the solution design, processes, loading/configuring parameters/data in ServiceNow and troubleshooting issues.
· Is committed to customer satisfaction and ensures that actions contribute towards a positive experience by the customer.
· Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles.
· Execution of Portal and Catalog implementation process tasks in accordance with the new onboarding customer requirements
· Communication with the other building blocks in charge of the customer onboarding
· Participate and validate in test phases for new customer
· Develop and maintain Implementation Support standards and procedures and other documentation as required.
· Assist in the training and adding new staff into the Implementation team
· Reports directly in assigned project to the ATF Implementation Project Manager
· Reports technically to the Global Implementation Manager

Communication skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with local and onsite teams

Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.

Working Experience:

Working experience of ITSM tools and solutions. Handling of small projects end to end will be an added advantage.

Soft skills:

Active listener, respecting other's point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input whilst demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal and presentational).Proven team player.
