At the BDS division in Atos UK&I we are looking at a Senior Sales Executive for our UK&I Enterprise Server business. The mission of the BDS Sales organization is to provide sales leadership and subject matter expertise across Atos UK&I customer install base and qualified new prospects.

 

The Senior Sales Executive will work with Atos UK&I Client Executives (responsible for Atos UK&I most strategic clients) as well as working directly with engaging with prospects to lead, qualify, develop and close Big data opportunities.

 

Atos has compelling portfolio of inhouse developed and produced high performance hardware (Enterprise Servers, Edge servers, High Performance Computing, Quantum computing). The right candidate will be a part of a highly professional and motivated team in the Atos Business unit BDS NE and located in UK&I. The position reports directly to the VP Sales BDS UK&I as well as Global HQ in Paris.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with your deep subject matter expertise to advance strategic relationships with key client and prospects.

Take full ownership of your Enterprise Server opportunities, work with Client Executives to engage in full sales cycle for Enterprise Server services.

Nurture and grow our (and your) existing network (Partners, Customers, Analysts, Advisors) in the Enterprise Server community.

Continuously train/upskill yourself in Enterprise Server and related domains

Promote our Atos Enterprise Server offerings within the UK&I market

Lead presentations to new and existing clients.

Bring in new ideas to structure Enterprise Server deals and advise how to embed Enterprise Server within larger Managed Services opportunities and be actively involved in credentialing our portfolio during the pursuit process.

Take ownership for solutioning of Enterprise Server opportunities

 

Required capabilities:

Senior Sales/Sales Management track record of successfully closing new business

Strong negotiation skills

Sales attitude + Passionate.  Strong drive to close deals

Ability to create and manage relationships at CxO level

Strong domain knowledge and delivery/technical knowledge

Entrepreneurial attitude, seeking to be at the forefront of technical advances

Ability to challenge traditional approaches and look for new ways to solve client business issues

Innovative, proactive, leadership, teamwork, team coaching, competitiveness, strategic thinking

Experience and understanding working with server channel partners; Strong knowledge of UK&I server markets

Existing Network in IT departments at UK&I enterprise companies

Existing Network in UK&I Datacenter community

Ability to travel extensively within UK&I

English – advanced.

 

Required Professional/Technical Expertise:

Computer Science degree, Commercial degree or equivalent

At least 10 years’ Sales Experience in UK&I Enterprise Server Hardware sale

Clear understanding and experience in Enterprise Server and related disciplines including: SAP Hana in memory data base technology Intel technology Artificial Intelligence (and related requirements towards hardware) Data lake Appliance / Advance analytic platform Edge Computing

Deep experience in structuring hardware deals (e.g. lease back options, technical options)
