SIX Payment Services is part of Worldline since the 30 November 2018 and offers tailor-made solutions along the entire value chain of cashless payments to financial institutions and merchants worldwide.  www.six-payment-services.com .

 

The primary goal is to provide all-round support to our major international customers in the retail, hospitality, travel, petrol and e-commerce sectors. You advise our customers by phone and e-mail, process all kinds of inquiries. As a result, you build long-term customer relationships and maintain close contact with your internal and external business partners.

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

-          Setup merchant contracts for enabling and acquiring

-          Coordinate terminal hardware deliveries & issue invoices

-          Maintain customer data and bank data information (KYC documents)

-          Written and telephone contact with key international customers

-          Monitoring and coordination of dates and processes, customer care

-          Receiving and providing customer inquiries

-          Dispute handling and processing

-          Cooperation in reporting

 

You work closely with key account management sales, contact centres, logistic centres, risk department and various other departments. The regular exchange of information regarding products, sales figures, customer satisfaction are focus of the information requirements.

Your competences and skills:

-          completed commercial apprenticeship

-          at least 1 year practical work experience

-          computational skills and MS-office application knowledge

-           conscientious, resilient, flexible person

-          customer focus,team-player,reliability,load-bearing capacity

-          written and verbal skills in German and English language
