Job description:

As part of the Consolidation & Accounting Standards team of an operational division of an international group, your mission will include (in an international environment and a matrix organization structure): Support the areas of expertise within the division:

· Monitoring the evolution of accounting standards and their implementation
· Technological foresight on accounting standards and their treatment among market players.
· Integration and implementation of group accounting standards during merger / acquisition transactions
· Monitoring, control and optimization of specific areas such as:

o Taxes (Corporate Taxes, Deferred Taxes, VAT, Local Taxes, Proof of Taxes) o Employee benefits o Off balance sheet commitments o Cash aspects (Real cash flow statement analysis, forecast) o Balance sheet analysis

Participating in the process of consolidating and controlling the financial information of the various subsidiaries of the division within the framework of:

· The timely monthly financial statements (Dashboard, P / L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, Performance indicators)
· The annual budget and the forecast, in particular on the cash flow aspects and the items below Operating margin (Other operating result, financial income and taxes

while ensuring compliance with the standards in force within the Group and the division. To be the point of contact of the controllers of the various subsidiaries of the division and the controllers of the holding company. Actively participate and collaborate in all specific assignments such as legal restructurings, disposals, acquisitions. Assistance and training of local financial teams in procedures, rules and tools. Participate in the improvement of tools and the reporting process.

Qualifications:

· Business school or a university degree equivalent to MSTCF / DESS or higher Accounting studies such as DECF / DESCF
· Relevant experience in auditing and / or equivalent (3 to 5 years)
· Fluent English
· Good know-how of IFRS framework
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Knowledge of Oracle / Hyperion Financial Management
· SAP skills
· Analytical and synthesis skills
· Good interpersonal skills: good communicator and self sufficient
· Adaptability, autonomy, capacity of synchronization in a transversal organization.
