Job Description: German Language Expert

Responsibilities / Technical skills:

· Windows Security & Authorization
· User & User access administration in various application
· Group and group policy administration in windows
· Communication between End Users and on-shore consultants
· Understanding of ticketing tools
· Basics of security policies
· Manage knowledge database

Communication skills:

· Excellent German Language skills, verbal and written
· Excellent Client / Customer Facing skills - building trusted relationships - delivering high value service
· Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
· Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
· Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation.
· The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.

Working Experience:

· Bachelor or Associates degree in any stream, IT or related field from an accredited college.
· German Language certification from Goethe Institute [Max Mueller Bhavan] Desired level B.2.2
· 0- 2 years working in IT related field.
· Experience with German customers in offshore activities
· Good knowledge and experience of office applications.
· Good Knowledge of MS Access, Advanced Excel & Macros
· Good knowledge and experience in generating various asset related Reports

· Good written and verbal communication skills in order to co-ordinate tasks with other teams and customer teams
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Strong understanding of back-office work and customer focus
